An 84 year old woman has been sent to jail for almost three years, and her two co-defendants, both nearing retirement age, were sentenced to more than five years. They were convicted of breaking into a high-security nuclear weapons facility in Tennessee to call for peace. Do people who break the law like this deserve jail time?
