Did South Carolina execute innocent 14 yr old boy?

George Stinney was 14 years old when executed by the state of South Carolina in 1944 for a double murder just 84 days after two girls disappeared, A lawyer who believes the teen was innocent and coerced into a confession has filed a lawsuit to clear Stinney's name.

In what is described as the first time ever, a prosecutor has been sentenced to 10 days in jail for withholding evidence and sending an innocent man to jail. Michael Morton spent 25 years in prison due to former Texas prosecutor and judge Ken Anderson criminal actions but is 10 days in jail, 500 community service hours and loss of his law license a just punishment?
