Wayne County, Prosecutor Kym Worthy will announce whether or not charges will be filed against the homeowner who shot and killed 19 year old Renisha McBride who went to his Dearborn home after a car accident and a Florida judge has denied a bail request for Marissa Alexander after an appellate court ordered she be given a new trial. Alexander is the Florida mom who shot into a wall as a warning to an abusive husband and ended up being convicted on charges that netted 20 plus years in prison.
